Try the following:

If that didn’t help, then try a Hard Reset:

1. Press volume up (quickly)
2. Press volume down (quickly)
3. Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️

Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health and see what it says. The camera uses a lot of energy, and if the battery is not in great shape the added load can cause the battery voltage to drop below what the phone needs to operate.

There is no solution except to take it to an Apple Store or authorized Apple service provider for examination and diagnosis. It could very well be your battery.
