Why do I keep getting apple bills on my card?

Hello

Last month I got an email notification from my bank saying that a certain amount was deducted to cover an apple bill payment.

I have never registered for any apple service and what's even worse I have never used the card to pay for any phone related bills.

I contacted the bank but they said they can't help.

I have no payment card registered on my device.

I tried asking for a refund but there wasn't any paid subscription seen.

What should I do?

Another payment:

$£ Stanbic Bank Tanzania:A reserved purchase of TZS -1900.00, AccNr: XXXXXXXXX2686 has been completed via POS APPLE.COM/BILL on 23/04/22 21:10:13.
