Forgot my apple Id

I forgot my apple id. I tried my best to remember it but wasn't able to find the right one. Even i for the mail password which was used to create it. I call apple at (800) 275-2273 support and they told me that i need that email address to activate the apple id. So, I called my email at (858) 925-8399 provider and they fixed it. But now I am unable to find my apple id please help. Am I calling the right n umber and support team to fix the problem.
