Hello, in this website i used safari and chrome browser to access website my office setting for camera have to alow, but when i used camera for scan qr code not for back camera but selfie camera opened for broadcasting 😵💫😴😵😵😵😂 screenshot attached,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Are you able to use your rear camera in the Camera app without any issue? Does it work properly for any other website? You may need to reach out to the website admin for further assistance since this is happen both in Safari and in Chrome.
If your rear camera is not working at all in the Camera app, you can try the troubleshooting steps listed here: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support.
