Outlook Account. Unable to verify account information
I’m trying to sign into my Outlook account under Accounts and Passwords but I keep getting the error message of it being “unable to verify account information”
I recently changed the password for the Outlook account. After many unsuccessful clicks of “Re-enter Password” under the same setting, I deleted the account and have been trying to re-add it but keep getting the same error of “Unable to verify account information”.
This is a very serious and frustrating problem because my work emails and over 1000 contacts are linked to the account which I am unable to have access to at the moment. I have tried:
- Resetting network settings
- Soft-resetting the phone
- Restarting the phone
None of which have solved the problem.
I have run out of options, please assistance is urgently required and would be immensely appreciated.
