What is the B and P in a box icon?
These icons are in the top left of my iPhone 13 pro max screen when I pull down to options. I have internet so not sure why it says No service. Any help is appreciated. T-mobile is the carrier.

If you don’t intentionally / knowingly have 2x lines, post back and we’ll sort out.

Those are your two lines for your “hard” nano-SIM abn your eSIM. (i.e. Dual SIM)
It’s showing the “B” line has no signal.
The B and P are the first letter of your self-assigned line name in Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Plans. (Primary and Backup maybe ?)

I didn’t intentionally have it that way. Didn’t realize that was a thing. Fortunately you all were of course right. I was able to resolve it once you all pointed me in the right direction. Thanks!

For future reference in assisting others ….
My hunch was that you had purchased a new “13” with it’s eSIM pre-provisioned …
… and then you moved your nano-SIM over from your old phone as well.
Is that what happened?
