MacBook Pro screen cracks under normal usage

As others have noted here, the MacBook Pro 2019 16 inch display screen cracks at he top of the screen near the camera under normal usage. It is a design flaw that renders the computer useless.

Apple needs to make owners whole on this and replace the display whether or not the computer is in warranty.

When will Apple address this?

Thank you.

There is no recognition of design flaw or there would be a Service Program to cover the issue.

Typically in the past if Apple does release a Service Program, they have offered a refund for out of pocket expense parts & labor for the exact issue covered.

Service Programs are triggered by the percentage of all MBP of this spec vs the number of failures documented.

We are not privy to this %, or have any more insight.

If you have AppleCare+ it will cover a large portion of accidental damage.
