I purchased my 90yr old dad a refurbished iPad and during set-up he evidently put the wrong Apple ID and password as it says iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes. i had asked him to wait until I could get to his home to set it up as I live 2 hours away from him. he could not wait!!! i have tried to connect to iTunes and I cannot get anything to work. I updated my iTunes on on my iMac but no luck! can anyone help me open this iPad????
