Hi HW00,

If you'd like your data to transfer to your new iPhone, these steps might help.

It sounds like you've had the chance to review Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but have you had a chance to try step six below?:

6. When you see the Transfer Data from [Device] screen, tap Continue to begin transferring your data from your previous device to your new device. Or you can tap Other Options to transfer apps, data, and settings from your most recent iCloud backup or transfer from a backup on your computer.

These are alternative options if Quick Start isn't working with your devices. If the issue continues, keep going with the resource that says you should do the following:

Still need help?
- Learn what to do if you can't activate your iPhone.
- If you need more help, contact Apple Support.

If the issue continues, let the community know what happens when you try to back up using iCloud.

We hope that helps with your question and take care!
