Apple permanently disabled my account for App Store and iTunes.

Two weeks ago my mobile and vault were stolen and the person who stole my vault used my credit card on some sites, so I called my bank and opened the charged back which affected me. My Apple ID transaction was also included in this case. My ID was disabled when the bank opened the charge back on the Apple ID transaction. I spoke to Apple Support and mentioned the whole incident but they did not listen to me and refused to restore my ID. I have been a user of Apple for 6 years and to date I have not had any such problem but this kind of behavior from customer service has made me very sad. I have a lot of memories and files in my ID that I do not want to lose. I request that my issue be reviewed and resolved.
