Video editing

Hello, i just want edit my slowmo video, to the normal video speed, when i open galery, click on the edit on my slowmo a dont have a series of vertical lines or marks below the video. So i can't simply change video speed.. I had this option a few weaks ago, but now it's suddenly gone.. Anyone can help me? (Iphone 13)
