Welcome to Apple Discussions,

What version of iCal are you using?

You can add your Google calendar to iCal following the steps in the iCal help menu: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iCal/5.0/en/28066.html

If you want to "merge" all the calendars into the Google calendar, first make sure you have a backup.

Once the Google calendar is in iCal you can move all your existing calendars into the Google calendar by going to File > Export and saving each calendar as an ICS file.

Once the calendars are exported re-import them by double-clicking them.

When prompted for which calendar to add the events to, choose the Google calendar. This will add all your events to the Google Calendar.

Once all the calendars are in the Google Calendar you can then delete them from iCal.

Hope that helps.
