Why can’t I see my pictures on my pc even though I unlocked my phone. The computer says there’s no picture but there’s plenty on the phone.
Open the Settings app on your phone.
Tap Camera, then tap Formats.
Tap Most Compatible.
Take a new picture and see if it shows up on your PC.

Do you have iCloud Photos enabled and set to Optimize on the iPhone?
