How can I unlock my apple watch series 3, I don't remember the icloud account it was linked with and I don't have the same phone anymore?

Hello good evening. I want you to help me unlock my apple watch series 3, model A1859. I forgot the icloud account that was linked to my cell phone, currently I no longer have that cell phone and my watch was blocked. The serial number: is GJ9CK0EBJ5X3.

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Remove the Activation Lock Here.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
