Can’t send group text on my iPhone.

I just recently stopped being able to send texts to a group chat. I have already checked that I have SMS/MMS enabled and that my plan has unlimited talk and text. There is one member of the group chat with a non-iPhone but I am not having trouble with our one-on-one texting.

I have tried both with WiFi on and off, I have LTE signal here. I recently updated to iOS 15.4.1 but am unsure if the events are correlated.
