How do I add a new app to the Face ID & Passcode area for facial recognition on an iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I am not following what you are asking. If you have an app you purchased from the App Store and you want to use Face ID to open it the 3rd party app has to include an option to do that.
I had my bank with facial recognition and my iPhone had to be reset because I lost my voicemails and my phone wouldn’t ring. If someone called they would immediately go to voicemail.
I contacted my cellular company and they walked me though the procedure to gain access to everything.
in the meantime I had lost all of my passwords that I had to restore. With my bank I can’t access the account with the facial recognition. I was wondering how do I include it in the Face ID & Password section that states other apps that use facial recognition.
Try turning it off in your bank app and the back on.
