Re-setting distance on Apple Watch outdoor walk

My Apple Watch seems to have set my goal distance as 1.9km. How do I re-set it to a permanent 5km goal?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Tap on the 3 dots in the outdoor walk workout,then tap on distance and set your goal there.
