Virtual Machine from Mac Intel to Mac M1

I had an Apple Mac with Intel processor and now I have the new Mac with M1 Max processor. My problem is that I can no longer use my Parallels virtual machines. How can I convert them?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

No conversion, get the latest Parallels that supports both Intel and M1: https://www.parallels.com/blogs/parallels-desktop-m1/

Now all you need is an ARM version of Windows.
