iMessage shows delivered on my iPhone but not on my MacBook

I think I was recently blocked by this person but they messaged me meaning they had to unblock me but i'm not sure if they blocked me again after sending their message, or if the message I sent back to them went through. I replied to them on my MacBook, and the messages are blue but there is no delivery receipt so I thought I was blocked again. But then when I check the same messages on my iPhone the messages show delivered. The messages are blue on both devices and I use the same Apple ID for both (my phone number is hooked up to my Mac). Was my message received? Or could it be a false delivery receipt and i'm blocked again so they never got my message?
