The voice record has disappeared. What happened?

Do you mean that the Voice Memos app is missing? First, try using the search feature (swipe down on the Home Screen), or use the App Library to check for it. If it doesn't show up, try looking for the Voice Memos app in the App Store.

If the memos themselves are missing, these are generally synced via iCloud, so check in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Voice Memos to ensure that's on.

If you still can't find it, try creating another voice memo in the app. After you finish making the memo, it may re-sync the others from iCloud, if they weren't deleted.
