how to fix email

When I check my email on my iPhone 13 it just keeps saying checking for mail. Hot do I fix this problem?

Make sure you are connected to the Internet to start with. And if you are not seeing another error message such as server not available or something like that, check with your email provider to see if there is a problem with their email. Otherwise, try restarting your iPhone. Turn it off, wait a moment, then turn it on again. If that does not work, then try a Force Restart, Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


If neither of those work, then go to Settings>Mail>Accounts. Select the account in question, then delete the account. Power the. iPhone off and back on again, then go back to Settings>Mail>Accounts, and tap on Add Account. After the account verifies, finish loading it and check your mail. Make sure you know your email address and password.
