Why can't I add my Ukrainian bank card to Apple ID?
I can't add my Ukrainian bank card to the Apple ID payment method. He writes to me that this card is impossible to use the payment method

Is your region set to Ukraine?
A Ukrainian card can only be added if your iTunes and app store region also is Ukrainian
Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
If you are in another region and want to use that region you would need to use a payment method for that region.

Ukraine
- Apple Pay1
- Most credit and debit cards
So if your region already is Ukraine I would recommend:
