iPhone 13 pro max, UPS delivered an empty box to me

I placed an order online through apple website for iPhone 13 pro max (gold, 256gb). I received an empty box from UPS on April 25, 2022. The package been torn and is already opened. the iPhone is missing and I am not able

to call contact apple.

I wonder if this has happened to anyone else ?

Empty package received I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for my daughter. Once the ups package arrived today. The package was in front of my door and the person didn't ask for a signature. The package felt very light. Once she opened the package, there was nothing inside the package. It was EMPTY! There was no iPhone box inside. The box was not sealed see the pictures below. We ran to talk to the UPS person and he said that he didn't know what happened, suggested to call the apple. I called and explained the situation. They logged the complaint and asked me to wait for 2-3 business days. Very bad experience and My fingers crossed! please suggest to me, what else I can do from my side?

lost package Hello. I ordered Apple iPhone se (3rd gen) on 6 may 2022. In the "order status" I can see that my package is delivered, at 9 May, but it isn't. Shipping company is UPS. I have already contacted them, but they said nothing. What can I do? Thanks

I’m sure it HAS happened to others, but that’s irrelevant to your case.

You NEED to report this to Apple.

They will initiate an investigation w/ the carrier and take the appropriate actions.

There should be a contact on your online ordering / tracking updates.
