It’s located in Settings -> AppleID(Name) -> FindMy.
However, you should be aware that turning it off has serious security implications.
If you misplace your phone you will not be able to locate it … and anyone who finds it will be able to reset it and use it as their own.
Certain other security-sensitive services might also be affected.
It is NOT sharing your location with anybody else; only to you via FindMy.
