hello, i ordered silicon tips for my airpods pro and it supposed to be delivered till 25 of april. on the app store it shows that it has been delivered while i didn't receive it and i am having problems with contacting apple because the phone number for germany store only speak german and i do not, is there any other way to contact them, chat, mail ...
