charging me to watch apple tv
I already paid for subscription and when I try to watch something on apple tv and is asking me to sign up for a subscription.....

- Assuming that these are matching subscriptions, i.e. both for Apple TV+. An Apple TV+ subscription gives access to Apple TV+ content (Apple Originals), not content from other channels/streaming services (Starz, Paramount+, etc).
- The Apple TV+ subscription is linked to your Apple ID account. Verify that your Apple TV box has the same Apple ID account active, as it wouldn’t work for other accounts (unless sharing through Family Sharing).
- Verify the active subscriptions on your account. See your subscriptions overview - Apple.
