I cancelled my Crunchyroll subscription but iTunes keeps trying to charge me for it! How do I make them stop???

Yes, thank you. I already have. And I’ve already done exactly as they instruct, but they still keep trying to charge me, even though my subscription has been cancelled and says that it expires May 5th. That’s why I’m so frustrated.
