Amazon India and some other apps are required iOS 13 to install. Loosing side of apple is their customers if not provide updates soon. New phone launches by other competitors end of this month so high chance that may customers are get looking to it and purchase.

The iPhone 6/6 Plus do not have the required hardware to update further. This is not going to change. If an app changes its requirements, you will need a new device to use that particular app.
