If you mean a USB-C power adapter with a USB-C to Lightning cable, then yes. However, depending on the models (not sure what iPad you have), it might be limited to 5V and a max 2.1A since that's what older Apple devices accept in as an input. Newer iPhones/iPads can "negotiate" for 9V from a USB Power Delivery compliant power adapter and I believe the max current is a little higher.
