Can't change country or region

Help me please. I moved from Ukraine to the UK. I need to download the bank app from the App Store, but I can't do it as it's only for UK users. I'm trying to change the country or region on my Apple ID, but it says I have an active Apple TV subscription, even though I canceled it over a week ago, there are no more active subscriptions. How can I change the country or region? I will be grateful for any help. Have a nice day!

It's considered active until it expires. If it already did or you can't wait, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
