Iphone keeps correcting “and” to “And”, “AB’s”

As you can see, i have everything set up to try and stop my phone from switching and to something else when i use the swipe text entry. I’ve looked through countless sites and community posts but nothing is working. This is EXTREMELY frustrating; i just switched from Android and never had any issues with this before. It’s like my phone “learned” the wrong entries for a bunch of words and i can’t get it to stop lol. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
