I need some help figuring out why there is an app on my phone called App Clips. What is it actually used for? Why would it be on my phone without my knowledge? And how is it possible for someone to hack your phone was out a visible third-party app?

There has been no hacking and there is no “app” as such.
I presume you did mean App Clips rather than the Clips app? There are apps in the App Store called “Clips” but they’re something else.

Well…no, I wouldn’t know anything about it because you’ve given no details about it. Maybe change the title of your post, which refers to “Clips App”? I wish you luck in getting a response more to your liking.
And in response to your response I did say App Clips! And yes there is hacking going on in my phone. I don’t know why you’re telling me I don’t. I don’t really understand why you responded to me in that type of way but I don’t really appreciate it. So thank you and kindly do not respond back as you have no idea what I’m going through and have been going through for the past three months!
