Apple denies refund request twice
My 10-year-old son, who also has special needs, was able to purchase over $1000 on In-app purchases and a few other games. I approved a .99 game and then from there it took off!!!!
Now please read this…… I had ALL restrictions in place “ask to buy” and “don’t allow” in app purchases in place. I realize that this situation could happen had I not had these restrictions on but the fact that they were indeed on and apple is refusing to refund my money I don’t understand!
I have called numerous times and spoke to senior advisers and they tell me there is nothing they can do after Apple has denied it twice. I refuse to believe that there is not someone through Apple who can take the time to read my situation that I did have all restrictions in place and my son is a 10-year-old special needs child!
