How do I change my password for my Apple ID when I forgot it

▷ Find your Apple ID.

▷ Forgotten Apple ID Password.

I forgot my Apple ID password! I tried to change it, it appears it has been changed by someone else and I cannot enter the old password because I don’t know it it’s been changed, so I can’t change it! BTW I am highly technologically challenged
