iOS 15.4.1 crashed 2 iPhone 11 Pros and 4 iPads, all were fine before this update.
tried every suggestion to fix, including restore via iMac. Nothing worked.
can’t use iMessage, and phones freeze with blank screen so can’t make or answer phone calls.
carrier AT&T refreshed cellular signal, didn’t help
problem is not the devices, problem is the ios 15.4.1 update.

When you say they crashed, what specifically do you mean? Do the iPhones and iPads not start up? Is there an issue with cellular signal only?
