Use the Get Support link at the top of the page to contact Apple Support. That is a hardware part, so there isn't anything else you can do to troubleshoot it. Apple will need to examine the device and they will explain your options. If you have an Apple Store close by, you can make a Genius Bar appointment and let them look at it there.
