Friends activities on apple watch

Hi I have a strange one. I share activities with a few friends and they all work fine except one friend. I can only see her activities on a Wednesday. On a wed morning I get her activities for the day and for Tuesday then I continue to get them until Fri. Then nothing? She isn’t hiding them from me and my other friends get hers all through the week. It’s just me that doesn’t. This doesn’t happen with any of my other friends. Anyone got any ideas why this would happen? Thanks
