Hi, is there any good instruction on how to transfer/export photos and videos from my android phone(Samsung) to I cloud in PC-computer as i will start using Iphone. My Iphone has only 64GB so I can not just make phone to phone transfer.
Copy the photos from your Android to your PC, then sync this folder using iTunes to your iPhone:

by any of these 2 options,
do you now if the "GPS-position stamp" on each photo in the Android will follow to the Iphone as well?
I haven't tried yet to import photos from an Android and check, if the EXIF data has been modified.
Maybe try one photo as a test run, before you sync the rest to the iPhone.
