I am running OS 10.13 High Sierra. I have an app that requires an upgrade to at least Mojave. The Software Update option does not include Mojave. Is this correct? But then Apple Support has this: "macOS Mojave can upgrade High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion". So can it be upgraded or not?

CURRENTLY dealing with the same issue on my iMac mid 2011 I'm on the high Sierra 10.13.6 and trying to update to the 10.14.6 (Mojave) app stores not letting me but it does say it is compatible. Hoping to maybe find some form of loupole? desperate for help at this point and just want to update it and use for at home.
Nope Mid 2011 iMac can only go as high as 10.13.6
