Have I been phished?

Earlier today I received an email to my normal mailbox, not even the spam mailbox, that had someones name and then their email didn't match their name and it was from some university in Hungary. There was a link. I long pressed the link- so a little window just popped up as like a little preview- I did it a few times. It opened to some sketchy looking news website about the Shark Tank. I think I made a big mistake and now I might have been phished. I am worried. I disconnected my phone from the internet changed my mail pwd and shut my phone off all the way. What do I do? Is it likely that someone out there now has my information? Please help I am scared!

Edit: Would a Factory Reset fix the problem...? I will literally do anything

You should be fine. Tapping a link will not harm your phone or send any information. See if this helps: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
