so since I brought my watch in December I’ve now had 2 replacements. Not sure what’s happening but after a few weeks the sound goes. Sounds like a blown speaker. It’s weird as most of the time I have the sound off and the vol is set to 1/4.
anyone have the same experience? Or any ideas on what’s causing it.

I actually just got a replacement one. So il see how it goes. But I think it’s a speaker problem when using all kinds of haptics. As soon as I turn the haptics on on the last one it was like The speaker blew and was distorted.
will be keeping haptics off on the new one.
one thing I would like to do is get Apple care but I have been unable to do so online. Website keeps booting me out or won’t accept any form of payment.

Just to confirm, it seems like you're experiencing the issue on your current device as well, is that correct?
Does the issue happen with all sounds on your Apple Watch? Does adjusting the volume or sound settings improve the issue at all? You can find the steps to manage audio settings and volume here: Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch
How to turn your Apple Watch volume up or down
1. On your Apple Watch, open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down, then tap Sounds & Haptics.
3. Tap the volume down buttonto decrease the volume or tap the volume up button
to increase it. You can also tap the slider, then turn the Digital Crown.

How to restart your Apple Watch
1. Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
2. Drag the Power Off slider.
3. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger first. When your watch is charging, you can't restart it.
