My old phone broke but I’m still paying for my Apple Music subscription, how can I cancel it?

The subscription is not tied to a single device, its tied to your Apple ID. You can use it and cancel it from any device that is logged in to your Apple ID or by logging in to https://music.apple.com with the Apple ID that holds the subscription.
