Back camera and flash stopped working after 15.4.1 update

Hi,

I have a brand new iPhone 11 i bought a couple months ago and every thing was working fine until i updated to 15.4.1. I have tried all the recommended "fixes" that Apple has made available and some off Google but they don't seem to work. The camera and flash turn on randomly after a restart and work fine for a while then turn back off again randomly which is leading me to think this isnt a hardware issue. This is really frustrating. Could i get some assistance with this and if not could you kindly look into this with the next update because not being able to use my camera and flash is a major issue right now.

Also the phone as never been opened or repaired and i have not dropped it either as i see this is a thing support in other threads seem to lean towards. i just thought i should point this out.
