I have tried everything and watch will not update. It says update can not be verified because not connected to internet. Help!

Unpair your iWatch. Uninstall Apple
Watch app. Reinstall app & repair your Watch to your account. This should clear up your problem. Good luck. Hope I helped. -RjWaller
Have you tried putting your phone in low power mode , that’s the only way I got my watch to update

Low power mode did not work for me. I get a generics “Unable to install update An error occurred installing the latest version of watchOS on your Apple Watch”.
