Find out the last time an external hard drive was connected to a Big Sur Mac?

I might have lost my external hard drive (Lacie USB-3) and now I am trying to figure out the last time it was connected to my MacBook Pro (OS 11.6.1 Big Sur). Is there a way to retrieve this information on OS X, if it is stored at all?

Hey, saw this link, for whatever reason I can't find the answer amongst this, I think the reference to the plist files is different in Big Sur perhaps?
