Unable to set up Hide my Email on my iPhone

I’m trying to set up “hide my email”. Where I press sign up it takes me right back to do you want to sign up. And it’s driving me crazy

Sign up for what? Some sports league? Hide My Email? If the latter, try updating your device to current (15.4.1), and try restarting the device, and if you have an add-on VPN client app or add-on “security” app, remove that, restart, and try again.
