No one at Apple ever responds to my reports and money just keeps getting used without my permission.

I keep getting mystery charges on my Apple cash and all it says is apple.com/bill. They are random small charges that I am not making and do not match anything I'm paying to Apple.

No one at Apple responds to "Report an issue" submittals.

Should I be concerned from this APPLE.COM/BILL? So I recently received a notification from Chase on my debit card, that a purchase was made or approved of $6.58 on April 10. While I haven’t made any purchases on that date (today). I tried looking into it, since I did made a recent 2 purchases of $0.99 & $4.99 for coins on a app called WEBTOON. Charges on my account that aren't mine I got charges on my banking account that say Apple/bill that aren't mine. I contacted my bank and they said I need to contact Apple? How can I stop these charges from happening again

Fraud transaction for apple.com/bill Hi All, Today I have been mailed from my bank that there was a few transactions from my credit card, but as I did not authorized those(received no OTP) hence upon checking I found that there were two transaction to 'apple.com/bill' for the amounts of Rupees 1799 and 75 INR. However I have not subscribed to any product/service or added my card to my apple id. Hence can someone please let me know what these can be? I have already blocked my card and raised disputes with my bank, but as the transactions mentioned apple, hence a bit curios. Thanks!!
