Certain apps can't open after upgrade to ios 15.4.1

Hi everyone,

I couldn't open certain apps after upgrade to ios 15.4.1. e.g E-trade mobile app, Insight timer ( the meditation apps). Not happen the exactly same day, but around that time frame. They just stuck in opening screen but never get to the log in page. However, as soon as I restart, I can open them normally. Next time, usually within couple of hours or next day, it won't open again. Another issue not sure if it's related, when these apps can't open, my Chrome mobile app can't type in the search box, again, will fix after re-start but problem repeat hours later

I use them on daily basis so it's really a pain. I wonder if anybody run into same problem and if this is third party app problem or related to ios system, and how to fix it
