No. Internet Explorer ceased support by Microsoft several years ago. Edge browser replaced it.

Also, your profile shows a PowerBook G4 15". Is this the computer where you want to use Internet Explorer? If so, please note that web browsers compatible with Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and earlier do not work with modern (secure) web pages. For Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, there may be one or two browsers with limited functionality.
