I recently redeemed some old App Store/iTunes gift cards, but now I am stuck with money in my Apple ID balance and am unable to transfer it to my App Cash card. Does anyone know how to transfer your Apple ID balance from the App Store to your Wallet App so that it may be used elsewhere / transferred to bank account?

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows for refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. - When you contact Apple, please include the following information:
Your Apple ID. -
The refund amount.
Your current shipping address.

You cannot do so. The App Store specific and iTunes specific gift cards can only be used to purchase items in those online Apple stores. You cannot convert them to cash to use elsewhere or for anything else.
